SBEM Calculations
Wood Associates offer a service to provide SBEM calculations for commercial buildings.
Our assessors have gained wide experience over a variety of different projects throughout the UK. We are well positioned to provide the best possible advice on Part L compliance.
Our service falls into three phases:
- The calculations are carried out using data from design stage specifications
- Should the design not be Part L compliant then our assessor will suggest a variety of options that will ensure compliance
- Changes to the specification are agreed and the calculations are changed to reflect this.
We are also able to provide energy performance certificates upon completion.
